The Goal: Product Awareness + Social Lift

Nestle’s goal is to leverage their super fan community to create authentic content and inspire their friends and circles with new baking ideas. They found that they wanted to re-inspire their customer base with new and creative ways to use their products.

Tribe Targeting

With a huge focus on three different products — Zyper separated the program into three different communities —each with its own unique community brief, rewards and group chat. This allowed Nestle to track performance on each product/community individually — while still spreading awareness and social conversations at scale for the brand as a whole.
